Background
​
Priscilla Mahesh was born on October 19, 1991 in Paramaribo, Suriname. When she was one year old, she moved with her family to the Netherlands. Priscilla is an Dutch actress known for her role in Jezus van de Javastraat as Kesha from the director Bram van Splunteren. At a young age Priscilla began with dancing and singing. Her passion was always to be an actress.
After completing the beautician training, Priscilla started 2012 in the preparatory course at Faaam (Film Actors Acadamy and Masterclasses) and was then accepted for the three years academy, led by Hugo Metsers. There she received acting lessons with teacher Nynke Faber, Willemijn van der Ree and Frederik de Groot. She also received intensive exercise lessons and film fighting. She received voice training from Peter van Roermund and her own voice coach Willy Bemelman. In June 2016 she graduated from Faaam.

Do what you love and love what you do

During the lessons at faaam Priscilla could be seen in, among other things, the feature film '' Jesus from the Java Street '' by Bram van Splunteren in which she played a young Muslim woman (Kesha). She also wrote her own personal short film (The Decision). Priscilla made her first soundtrack for her short film. After graduating from faaam, Priscilla was given a supporting role as a nurse in the Nickelodeon series '' Op weg naar Pakjesavond 2 '' by Jop de Vries.

In 2019 Priscilla Mahesh decided to write, sing and produce her own songs. Her music is a mix of R&B and at the moment she is working on more Reggaeton music. On August 3, 2021 she released her first song "Paranoia". She will be releasing more songs soon.
